Our scene is set in 1933, the year President Franklin D. Roosevelt was elected to office, in a radio studio with a live audience, a character of a host and people calling in with comments and questions. With President Roosevelt jsut announcing his idea of he New Deal, many people are questioning if it will work and others are so desperate they are about to try anything at the moment. In our scene the host, Georgina Norris, with her special guest, Alice Knowall, answers her caller's questions. Each caller has their own questions and opinions, depending on their own situations. In the end, it turns out to be a fun, educational program.

Four college students are in a cyber cafe. They are all history majors and need to study for their final. They are all procrastinating, and not studying until Courtney suggests that they should all study together. They all start quizzing each other on the legacy of FDR's New Deal, and found that they learned things a lot quicker when they studied together. With added comic relief, this podcast is fun, funny, and educational all at the same time.
